Questions we get every day
How much does a repair cost?
There's a $89 diagnostic fee, and we waive it entirely if you go ahead with the repair. Once the technician has diagnosed the fault you get a flat, all-in price for parts and labor before any work begins. Most common repairs land between $150 and $400.
Can you really come out today?
Most days, yes. Calls that come in before about 2pm can usually be fitted into a same-day window somewhere in the valley. If we can't reach you today, we'll offer you the first slot tomorrow rather than leaving you guessing.
Do you work on my brand?
We service every major residential brand, including Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Bosch, KitchenAid, Maytag, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero and Viking. High-end and built-in units are welcome — just mention the brand when you call so we bring the right parts.
What if the appliance isn't worth fixing?
We'll tell you. If the repair costs more than about half the price of a comparable new unit, our technician will say so and explain what a replacement would involve. You're never charged for a repair we don't recommend.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes — 90 days on both parts and labor, in writing on your invoice. If the same fault comes back within that window, we return and make it right at no cost.
